Maxwell Willey

Maxwell Willey is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the HVAC industry. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Blue Ridge Companies since April 2012, Maxwell has also held roles as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Service Manager, and Service Technician within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Service Technician at Jim Smith Services from May 2011 to February 2012, focusing on HVAC equipment servicing in South Mississippi. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology with honors from The University of Southern Mississippi, completed in 2021, and an Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Pearl River Community College, earned in 2011.
