Danny Lamastra

Danny Lamastra, MBA, MA, currently serves as an ESOP Communication Consultant at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates, specializing in on-site training and development of resources for ESOP companies nationwide. Previously, Danny taught English at Colegio Cristiano Josué, adapting lessons for diverse learning environments. Danny also held roles as a Missionary and Director of Prison Ministry at Christ For The City International Omaha, where fundraising and operational management were key achievements. As a Student Financial Services and Special Projects Associate at Esperanza College of Eastern University, Danny acted as a liaison for financial aid processes. Danny's earlier experience includes positions at Southeastern University as a Graduate Assistant, Assistant Director of the Nicaragua Study Abroad Program, and Administrative Assistant, developing logistics and improving communications. Academic credentials include an MA in Ministerial Leadership and an MBA, both from Southeastern University, along with a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership.
