Bryan Hatcher

Bryan Hatcher, LCSW, DrPH, serves as the Chief Behavioral Health Innovations Officer at Blue Ridge Health since September 2025. Prior to this role, Bryan functioned as the Vice President of Behavioral Health at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic from April 2023 to September 2025, focusing on enhancing health through mental well-being for individuals, families, and communities. Bryan’s extensive experience at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist spanned nearly 24 years, culminated in the positions of President of CareNet Counseling and Chief Operating Officer of CareNet, Inc., where leadership and direction were provided to CareNet counseling centers across North Carolina. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Public Health from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Social Work from the same institution, a Master of Divinity from Duke University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from Mercer University.
