Gerry Barr

Gerry Barr has extensive work experience in various consulting and technology roles. Gerry is currently serving as the Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners, where they help clients drive profitable top-line growth. Prior to that, they served as a Partner at Capability, where they assisted clients in accelerating and sustaining their business transformations. Gerry has also worked as a Founding Partner at Group.Joy Pty. Ltd., offering advice on major investments and transformative programs. Gerry has held management positions at IBM, AT&T Solutions, and DMR Consulting, focusing on financial services consulting and technology implementation. Earlier in their career, Gerry worked at Leigh-Mardon Graphics, Datec Pty Ltd, Standard Telegraph and Cables (STC/ITT), and CSIRO, Division of Applied Geomechanics, developing computerized models and providing technical services.

Gerry Barr completed a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Geophysics from the University of Melbourne, from 1968 to 1971.
