Gregory Stepina

Gregory Stepina has had a diverse work experience over the years. Gregory started their career at Deutsche Bank as a Lean Analyst in 2011. In 2012, Gregory joined Blue Ridge Partners as a Business Analyst and worked in that role until 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Associate at Blue Ridge Partners before being promoted to Associate Manager from 2016 to 2017. Gregory then transitioned to the role of Engagement Manager from 2018 to 2019, and further advanced to Senior Engagement Manager from 2019 to 2021. Gregory is currently working as a Principal at Blue Ridge Partners, a position they have held since June 2021.

Gregory Stepina attended Leon High School from 2002 to 2006. Gregory then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship at Brown University from 2006 to 2010.
