Chris Clanton

Christopher Clanton, MOSH, CSP, is a seasoned professional in health and safety programming with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Health and Safety Programming at Blue Ridge Power since January 2022, Christopher has successfully led initiatives resulting in significant safety improvements, including a 32% reduction in TRIR and a 100% reduction in SIF incidents YoY. In addition to this role, Christopher imparts knowledge as a Lecturer for the Advanced Safety Principles course at Georgia Tech's PMOSH program and contributes as a Technical Co-Founder for Clear Audit Management, focusing on software development and technical direction in health and safety. Previous positions include working as a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist at Amazon and managing in-plant safety at PSSI. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Reinhardt University.
