Eli Searle

Eli Searle currently serves as the Engineering Manager at Louth Callan Renewables and as a Senior PV Electrical Designer at Blue Ridge Power, roles held since late 2023 and October 2024, respectively. Prior experience includes positions as Electrical Designer III at Strata Clean Energy and Photovoltaic System Designer at Model Energy, where Eli Searle utilized AutoCAD for designing permit sets for residential and commercial projects. Earlier roles include Electrical Engineer at AEV, alongside various positions at Most Roast LLC and Lowe's Companies, Inc. Eli Searle holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Sustainability Studies from Appalachian State University, achieved between 2015 and 2017.
