Shannon Pickering

Shannon Pickering is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, management, and agriculture. Currently serving as a Sr Recruiter for Field Operations at Blue River Technology since September 2017, Shannon has also held various roles including Field Operations Manager and Market Development Manager within the same company. With a deep commitment to regenerative farming, Shannon is the owner of Bee Happy Farms, a small farm in East Texas, since 2006. Previous experience includes positions such as Area Sales Director at Spensa, Owner of Southern Solar Solutions, Vice President of Sales and Business Development at DN2K, and North American Sales & Account Manager at Trimble Inc. Shannon's educational background includes both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and Economics from Auburn University.
