Susan Crickenberger is currently the Chief People & Operations Officer at Blue River Technology. Susan is also an authorized partner and certified trainer for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC. Prior to their current roles, Susan founded Illuminate People Partners, served as the Austin Chapter Lead for UPWARD Women, and held leadership positions at Flextronics, HJ Heinz, and Genworth Financial. Susan has a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
