Apu Gupta has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 1997, they worked as an Enterprise Architect/Software Development Manager at Airtouch Cellular, where they implemented a standards-based application architecture. They then moved to PeopleSoft, Inc. and held multiple roles, including Chief Architect and Director of Software Engineering, where they led architecture programs and software development for HR applications. At Kaiser Permanente, they restructured an Identity Management Infrastructure Program and later worked as an Enterprise Architect at Safeway, Inc. At WestEd, they served as the Director of Information Services, implementing governance processes and ITIL best practices. They also worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Cliff Consulting, Inc., advising clients on program and project management.
