Carol Wyatt

Carol Wyatt has extensive experience in IT service management and business process transformation, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Service Business Management at Blue Shield of California since April 2012. In this role, Carol focuses on IT governance, risk management, and service management transformation. Previously, Carol held various senior positions at Hewlett-Packard from February 1998 to April 2012, including Global Customer Engagement Management and BPO Service Delivery Operations, contributing to the growth and deployment of business process services. Carol's early career included significant roles at Bull, where responsibilities spanned customer care and sales management. Carol is a graduate of Barnfield College.
