Haley Mixon

Haley Mixon is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Shield of California since May 2016, Haley has previously held senior HR roles at Altais as a Board Member and at GE Digital, GE Oil & Gas, and GE Appliances. Haley's early career includes HR management positions at ATK and Promed Delivery. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University.
