Jacqueline Rangel

Jacqueline Rangel, MPH, currently serves as Executive Engagement Principal for Medi-Cal Strategic Planning and Performance at Blue Shield of California, a position held since December 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at AltaMed Health Services, where responsibilities encompassed digital health, consumer engagement, evaluation, and health education program development from March 2016 to November 2024. Additionally, Jacqueline contributed to the Board of Trustees for the Health Professions Education Foundation after an appointment by Governor Gavin Newsom from January 2021 to December 2022, and provided strategic operational consulting for Panthera Collective. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Fullerton.
