Jessica Williams

Jessica Williams, MPH, currently serves as Senior Manager of Program and Project Management at Blue Shield of California since May 2023. With extensive experience in quality improvement and management roles, Jessica has been an Examiner for the California Awards for Performance Excellence (CAPE) since June 2015, previously holding positions such as Vice Chair (2018-2020) and Chair (2021-2023) of the CAPE Council. Prior to Blue Shield, Jessica worked as Regional Clinical Program Manager at Health Net, managing relationships with multiple medical groups, and as Director of Quality Improvement at AltaMed Health Services, leading a team in enhancing clinical outcomes across numerous primary care clinics. Jessica's early career includes roles at the University of Southern California and World Vision International, complemented by a Master of Public Health from the Keck School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
