Karey Quarton Nelson

Karey Quarton Nelson is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in change management, employee engagement, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Blue Shield of California, Karey has successfully developed a multi-year program strategy to enhance the employee experience and implemented enterprise solutions that significantly reduced costs. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte, where Karey managed multimillion-dollar contracts and designed innovative solutions for government agencies, and at Teach For America, where leadership development initiatives led to notable student achievement gains. Karey holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, complemented by a study abroad experience at Charles University.
