Kendra Spurgeon

Kendra Spurgeon has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Blue Shield of California since April 2012. Previous roles at Blue Shield include Quality Assurance Specialist, Customer Care Supervisor, and Performance & Learning Trainer, where Kendra has focused on employee training and business knowledge. Prior to Blue Shield, Kendra worked as a Tourism Information Specialist and Administrative Assistant at the Redding Convention & Visitors Bureau, promoting the area and managing digital content. Experience also includes a position at the Shasta Cascade Wonderland Association, where Kendra promoted Northern California tourism and managed media requests. Starting in graphic design at Spurgeon's Embroidery & Silkscreeing, Kendra developed skills in logo and branding creation. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biology from Shasta College.
