Lafaye Wilson

LaFaye Wilson has extensive experience in strategic planning and finance, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning and Performance at Blue Shield of California since August 2014. Previous roles at Blue Shield include Sr. Manager positions in Finance and Strategic Planning & Performance, as well as Finance Manager and Lead Financial Analyst. Prior to this, LaFaye worked as a Financial Analyst II at Health Net and held budgeting and finance positions at California State University, Northridge's Tseng College, where the role included Assistant Director of Budgeting & Finance. Earlier career experience includes time at WMC Mortgage / GE Money as a Sr. Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst. LaFaye holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis, both from California State University, Northridge.
