Loretta Hall

Loretta Hall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and auditing. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Blue Shield of California since November 2018, Loretta has held various notable positions, including Senior Manager of Internal Audit - Technology and IT Audit Principal at the same company. Previously, Loretta worked at California ISO from October 2012 to November 2018 as an IT Audit Manager and Lead Information Security Analyst for Identity Access Management. Further, Loretta's experience includes roles at MGT Consulting Group as Senior Manager of Technology & Audits, as well as consulting positions at ISACA Sacramento, Franklin Templeton Investments, CalSTRS, and the Bureau of State Audits, starting as an EDP Auditor Specialist. Loretta holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from San Diego State University, earned between 1999 and 2000.
