Manuel Lopez

Manuel Lopez, MBA, currently serves as the Workforce Planning and Analysis Manager at Blue Shield of California, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Manuel had an extensive career at Western Dental & Orthodontics, advancing through various titles including Director, Sr. Manager, and Manager in Workforce Analytics & Vendor Management from December 2011 to March 2021. In these roles, Manuel successfully implemented business optimization projects and reporting tools that enhanced efficiency, reduced expenses, and maximized profits by automating manual processes, as well as leading a migration project from Access database to a SQL Server environment. Manuel holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees in Data Analytics from LSU Shreveport and Louisiana State University, expected to complete in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, earned in 2023.
