Sahadat Hossain

Sahadat Hossain has a diverse range of experience in software development, with a focus on Python. Sahadat has worked as a Lead Python Developer and Architect at Blue Shield of California since April 2022. In this role, they have been involved in various projects, including front-end and back-end development, web services, RESTful APIs, and automation. Sahadat has also gained experience with technologies such as React, Django, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AWS, Azure, Git, Jenkins, and Docker.

Prior to this, Sahadat worked as a Lead Python Developer at Tidelands Health from July 2019 to February 2021. Here, they utilized HTML5 best practices and standards, as well as developed Ruby scripts for data import into a PostgreSQL database.

Sahadat'searlier experience includes working as a Python Developer at W. L. Gore & Associates from August 2012 to April 2014. Here, they focused on data extraction and loading into MySQL databases using Python. Sahadat also worked with frameworks like FastAPI and Django Rest for both back-end and front-end development, deploying them on Microsoft Azure. Additionally, they created automated test scripts using Quick Test Professional and developed user-friendly website interfaces using Python and Django.

From 2008 to 2012, Sahadat Hossain attended Borough of Manhattan Community College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
