Scott Duncan

Scott Duncan, MBA, has extensive experience in program and project management, with a focus on IT and product marketing. Currently serving as Director of Program and Project Management at Blue Shield of California, Scott has previously held roles such as IT Portfolio Sr. Manager and Sr. Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Intel Corporation, where Scott worked as a Product Marketing Manager for Intel Education Software and as a Privacy Engineer. Scott also served as Product Manager for Assistive Technologies at Care Innovations™, an Intel-GE Company, and as a Software Architect at Transurban. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from California State University-Los Angeles and an MBA from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
