Stephanie Sciurba

Stephanie Sciurba currently serves as the Sr. Director of Employee Relations and HR Shared Services at Blue Shield of California since May 2022, following a role as Director of Employee Relations. Prior to this, Stephanie held the position of Principal in Employee and Labor Relations at Amazon from October 2019 to June 2022 and served as Senior Director of Labor and Employee Relations at Equinox. From April 2011 to January 2019, Stephanie worked at CVS Health, progressing from Manager to Director of Labor Relations. Additional experience includes roles at UC San Diego Health, Technicolor, Safeway, Fox Filmed Entertainment, and Loyola Marymount University, where Stephanie began a career in event management. Stephanie earned an MBA in Management and a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
