Steve Meinhofer

Steve Meinhofer, PMP, serves as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Blue Shield of California, where responsibilities have included roles as Director of IT Applications and Sr. Manager of Facets Application Development & Support since February 2010. With a solid foundation in project and IT management acquired through previous positions at California ISO and Maximus, Inc., Steve has extensive experience in software engineering leadership. Notably, at Maximus, Inc., leadership was provided to a team of 15-20 application developers for the MAXE2 eligibility system. Steve's career also includes management roles at California ISO, Pandesic, LLC, and Intel Corporation, along with an educational background in Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento.
