William Giard

William Giard serves as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & Health Innovation at Blue Shield of California. Previously, William held the position of Chief Technology Officer for Enterprise Strategy & Solutions within the Data Platforms Group at Intel Corporation, and also worked as a Principal Engineer in the Data Center Group/Intel IT. William earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Portland State University between 1991 and 1995.
