Kendra Morales

Kendra Morales has a diverse range of work experience in various executive and leadership roles. Kendra is currently working as the Chief Client Officer at Blue Signal Search, a nationwide executive search firm. Prior to that, they were the Chief Customer Officer and later the VP Client Services at Candidate Labs, a modern talent agency. Kendra also worked at Chief, a private network focused on empowering senior women leaders, as the Chief Member. Additionally, Kendra has experience as the Founder/Executive Director of For Goodness Sake, and they held several VP roles at Betts Recruiting, leading global business development and sales enablement. Kendra also worked as an Associate Partner at The Millard Group, an executive search firm, and as a Senior Partner/Technology Practice Manager at Hobson Associates. Earlier in their career, Kendra served as a Military Intelligence - Signals Intelligence Analyst in the US Army.

Kendra Morales completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kent State University, where they attended from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Kendra has obtained certifications in Cyber Security Training and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training from Blue Signal Search's Blue Signal Academy in July 2023.
