Jason Milam has worked for several companies since 2002. Jason began their career in the U.S. Army as a Soldier/Mechanic. In 2011, they joined Dalcom Consulting, Inc. as a Network Administrator, where they were in charge of maintaining and monitoring customer servers and setting up VPNs between firewalls for customers. Jason was then promoted to Operations Associate at Dalcom Consulting before becoming a Software Developer at Dalcom. In 2012, they became the Lead Developer at Dalcom Consulting, Inc., where they developed multiple web applications from brainstorming into a production environment and created user-specific interactions with authentication and complex forms. In 2016, they joined Endura Products as a Full Stack Software Developer. In 2017, they became a Ruby on Rails Developer at Sevatec, Inc. In 2020, they rejoined Blue Sky eLearn as a Ruby on Rails Engineer, where they focused on implementing new features for a stable application and worked closely with product teams to discuss the look and feel of the features. In 2021, they joined WayBetter as a Full Stack Engineer. Finally, in 2022, they rejoined Blue Sky eLearn as a Principle Engineer, where they helped drive new features through the SDLC process and helped prioritize work to be delivered during sprints, as well as giving technical input in high-level planning meetings.

Jason Milam obtained their High School Diploma from the U.S. Army in 2005. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a major in Computer Security from Strayer University. In 2013, they obtained a Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Database Administrator 2008 certification from Microsoft. Jason also holds an MCTS SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance certification.
