Joe Franklin started their work experience in 2013, working as an IP Support Representative Executive CAE I at Comcast until 2014. Joe then worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Agensys Corporation onsite at Dell FGS in Nashville, TN from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Health IT - Claims Processor at VDart Inc onsite at Accenture in Knoxville, TN. In 2017, they joined Teleperformance as an Omnichannel Service Vendor, where they provided customer relationship and logistics support for a transportation provider through various channels.
