Caroline Macias

Caroline Macias has multiple years of experience in product development and merchandising. Caroline began their career in 2013 at Blue Sky The Color of Imagination as a Merchandising Assistant, where they worked for two years before transitioning to the role of Product Development Creative Assistant. In this position, they collaborated with various departments to launch new products and create presentations for customers. After three years, they were promoted to Product Development Manager, where they played a key role in leading and managing product details for new and existing brands. Finally, Caroline was promoted to Senior Product Development Manager, where they currently lead brands and provides support in development, sampling, and sourcing. Prior to their role at Blue Sky The Color of Imagination, they worked as a Fashion Stylist at Club Monaco for over a year.

Caroline Macias earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Marketing and Management from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
