Justine Francke

Justine Francke is an experienced producer and legal professional with a strong background in the media and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Producer and Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Blue Spirit Productions since March 2018, Justine previously held roles in legal and business affairs for international distribution at STUDIOCANAL from October 2012 to March 2018. Additionally, Justine's experience includes work at M6 Métropole Télévision, where responsibilities involved drafting and negotiating program purchase contracts, and at Warner Music Group, focusing on business affairs related to artist contracts and rights management. Justine's early career included a stage at Audier and partners, writing a white paper on intellectual property law in Vietnam. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Economic Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property from Sciences Po and a Master 2 in Audiovisual Law, Economics, and Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Further studies were completed at The University of British Columbia.
