Sallye Bergland

Sallye Bergland, M.A., BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Area Clinical Director at BlueSprig since February 2019, where responsibilities include modeling company culture, overseeing clinical services, training supervisors, and collaborating across departments to ensure quality and efficiency. Previously, as Regional Clinical Director at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. from October 2013 to January 2019, Sallye provided guidance on program development and implementation while maintaining best practice standards in autism intervention. Earlier career experiences include roles as Case Supervisor and Behavior Tutor within the Irvine Unified School District and as a Senior Behavior Therapist at Creative Solutions for Hope. Sallye holds a BCBA certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and two Master's degrees in Elementary Education from UC Irvine.
