Jen Pougunas is an accomplished Area Manager at Post Office Ltd, with a focus on driving sales and managing relationships across various retail environments. With experience spanning over two decades in retail, including leadership positions at Jessops and Spirit Pub Company, Jen exhibits strong skills in coaching, training, and exceeding operational goals. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with Art from the University of Liverpool, along with further qualifications in teaching and sales. Current professional development includes a CPD-accredited course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
