Yuri Chinguel

Yuri Chinguel serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Blue Star Group since February 2020, contributing to the leading Latin American fashion accessories market through brands Todomoda and Isadora, which operate over 800 stores and employ more than 4,000 individuals. Prior to this role, Yuri held the position of Jefe de Desarrollo at Sodimac Perú from April 2010 to February 2020. Yuri's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (2021-2022), a specialization in Labor Legislation from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (2018), and a Diploma in Human Potential Development Management from Universidad ESAN (2014).
