Madison Terefenko

Madison Terefenko currently serves as the Director at Blue Star Lacrosse since May 2024. Prior to this role, Madison was the External Communications Global Lead at Enviri, where responsibilities included orchestrating public relations strategies, managing investor communications during a rebranding initiative, and developing Enviri's Environmental, Social, and Governance report. Experience also includes organizing lacrosse tournaments as the Girls Tournament Director at NXTsports, coordinating operations for the Lafayette College Men's Lacrosse Team, and enhancing employee engagement at CBT Nuggets. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Oregon and has a background as a student-athlete, recognized for both academic and athletic achievements.
