Rajesh Tatkare

Rajesh Tatkare has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rajesh is currently working as the Head - Compensation & Benefits at Blue Star Limited since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. from April 2021 to January 2022. Rajesh also worked as the Manager - Human Resources at the same company from June 2019 to April 2021. Before joining Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., Rajesh worked as the Corporate HR Manager at HDB Financial Services Ltd. from December 2018 to April 2019. Rajesh also served as the Compensation Benefits Manager at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC from July 2016 to November 2018. Rajesh began their career at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager HR and worked there from August 2007 to July 2016.

Rajesh Tatkare has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc in Botany from Mumbai University in 2007. Rajesh'ssecondary education includes completing H.S.C from Maharashtra State Board in 2004 and S.S.C from Maharashtra State Board in 2002.
