Leighton Smith is an experienced culinary professional and entrepreneur with over a decade of expertise in sushi preparation and catering. Working as a Sushi Chef at Blue Sushi Sake Grill since February 2011, Leighton is skilled in sushi rice preparation and line management. As the Owner of Leighton's Catering since January 2008, Leighton oversees production, sanitation, and customer service.
