Markus Tiefenbacher

Markus Tiefenbacher is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in web development and leadership roles. Currently serving as Tech Lead Frontend and Web Developer at Blue Tomato since May 2016, Markus has previously co-founded and held the position of CTO at Leichtgemacht from June 2015 to April 2021. Early roles include Web Developer at Styria Digital Services, where consulting for Styria Media Group was key, and at durchblicker.at, where contributions to frontend development and internal tools were made. Other past experiences range from IT support at Umweltbundesamt to a variety of early positions that lay the foundation for Markus's technical skill set. Markus holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Middlesex University and two diplomas in Web Development and IT-Business from SAE Institute and BHAS Krems, respectively.
