Michelle Szymczak

Michelle Szymczak is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Vice President at Blue Torch Capital since April 2024. Previously, Michelle held the position of Vice President at Onex Falcon from May 2018 to April 2024, as well as roles including Senior Associate and Associate within the same firm. Prior experience includes Investment Banking Associate and Analyst positions at Stifel Financial Corp. and an Investment Banking Analyst role at Cary Street Partners, where Michelle also completed a summer internship. Beginning a career at MGI Pacific as an intern, Michelle developed proprietary research indices and conducted industry benchmarking. In addition to finance experience, Michelle worked as Assistant Manager at Rock Creek Pool, overseeing staffing and serving as a liaison with the Board of Directors. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and East Asian Languages from Washington and Lee University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.
