Tindra Karlsson

Tindra Karlsson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at BlueTree AS since June 2023. Previously, Tindra held the positions of Tech Recruiter and Consultant Manager at Nexer Group from October 2021 to June 2023. Tindra began the journey in staffing and recruitment as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant at Academic Work in 2021, following a role as Store Manager and Retail Staff at Campusbokhandeln from 2019 to 2021. Tindra earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a focus on labor law from Handelshögskolan vid Karlstads universitet from 2018 to 2021, and holds a secondary school diploma from Hulebäcksgymnasiet, specializing in the legal track of the Economic Program from 2015 to 2018.
