John McGrath

John McGrath is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, mortgage lending, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. As the owner of McGrath Property Management since December 2006, John oversees residential, commercial, and condo management. In addition, John has served as a Senior Loan Officer at Blue Water Mortgage since 2006. Prior to these roles, John worked as a Pharmaceutical Representative at Roche Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2005 and as a 401k Conversion Specialist at Scudder Investments from December 1993 to January 2000. John holds an MBA in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Political Science from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
