Tracy Joachimowski

Tracy Joachimowski has been working in the Human Resources field since 1993. Tracy started their career at Comcast as an Area Director of Human Resources. In 2009, they moved to Atlantic General Hospital as an Executive Assistant. In 2013, they joined BBSI as a Human Resources Consultant and is currently a Sr. Regional HR Manager at Blue Water since 2022.

Tracy Joachimowski earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University in 2000, and an Associate's degree in Medical Office Management/Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College in 1984.
