Henry Luong-Tran

Henry Luong-Tran has over 20 years of professional experience in account management, operations, brand strategy, sales and marketing, real estate, and business operations. In 2002, they began their career as a Business Operations Strategist at Eckerd, where they were responsible for employee training and development, analyzing staff work productivity, and designing procedures for efficient inventory control. In 2005, they joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate as a Realtor, and Apple as a Mac Specialist/Creative, where they demonstrated passion and expertise in customer service and brand development. Henry then moved to Property Source Ltd. in 2007, where they successfully procured over 100 million pounds in revenue within 7 months. In 2015, they became the Sales and Marketing Manager at inlingua Washington DC, where they managed the development and execution of key global marketing and branding strategies. In 2017, they joined OpenBlooms as the Branding and Marketing Director, where they led the development of the brand vision and strategic direction for the startup, and increased annual e-commerce sales revenue by 24%. In 2019, they took on the role of Operations Architect at Core Affinity, where they oversaw operational controls, administrative/reporting procedures, and personnel systems for the company and subsidiaries. Currently, they are the Senior Account Manager - Ops at Blue Whale Apps, where they manage key account portfolios, development of projects and processes, and works closely with internal global project managers, developers, UX and UI designers, and multiple clients to ensure the process is followed in a timely and budget conscience manner.

Henry Luong-Tran has a diverse educational background. Henry started their studies at O'Connell in an unspecified field of study. Henry then attended Virginia Tech from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Human Nutrition Food & Exercise. In 2006 and 2007, they attended Marymount University and studied International Business. In 2011 and 2012, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at IFA Paris and a Master of Fashion Business at Polimoda.
