Benfield Phillips

Benfield Phillips is a Strategic Advisor of Forest & Building Products for Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC. The Blue Wolf Capital Funds are a family of private equity funds focused on transformational investments in middle market companies.

Mr. Phillips has over 45 years of experience in general management, management team development, acquisition/integration, and strategy. He previously held various positions with Lowe’s Company and later became the COO of ProBuild. While at ProBuild, he was involved in various large and small acquisitions and achieved revenues of over $6 billion at market peak, with 450 locations and 22,000 employees. Mr. Phillips currently serves on the Board of Directors of Blue Wolf portfolio companies Finch Paper LLC and Novo Building Products.
