Shawn Cooper

Shawn Cooper is an experienced professional in the construction and environmental services industries, currently serving as Southern Regional Manager at Blue World Construction, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Shawn held significant leadership roles at GHD Services, Inc. from July 2014 to October 2022 as Mid-Con Construction Market Group Leader/Principal, focusing on Civil and Remediation projects. Prior to that, Shawn managed the Mid-Continent Construction Team at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA) from January 2005 to July 2014. Earlier career experiences include roles as Estimator/Project Manager at BNC Environmental Services and various positions such as Estimator, Project Manager, and Manager at Big D Lining Systems Company. Shawn began a career in field operations as Field Operations Manager at Big D Equipment Company. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
