Bridget Hughes is a seasoned sales operations leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations at Blue Yonder since April 2022, Bridget oversees a global team focused on pipeline management, territory planning, sales processes, and CRM technology. Prior to this role, Bridget dedicated over two decades to IBM, holding various leadership positions, including Agile Squad Leader for IBM Cloud Digital IaaS & PaaS offerings and Europe/EMEA Sales Execution Manager. Bridget's tenure at IBM was marked by driving digital channel revenue, optimizing business performance, and enhancing client success across Europe. Bridget earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick in 2017.
