Hitesh Sanghvi

Hitesh Sanghvi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management and technical support across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success Management for APAC at Blue Yonder since January 2019, previous roles include Customer Success Director at JDA Software and Senior Principal Critical Accounts Manager at Oracle. Hitesh has also held significant positions at Sun Microsystems, SeeBeyond, and Access Gaming Systems, among others, demonstrating a strong background in customer relations, support management, and product management. Hitesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, complementing a solid foundation in computer science and mathematics established during education at Caringbah High School.
