Karen McPherson

Karen McPherson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support and coordination roles. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer at Blue Yonder since April 2023, Karen previously held the position of Sales Executive Coordinator at Alvaria, Inc. from May 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included supporting sales operations and event planning following the merger of Aspect Software and Noble Systems. Prior to Alvaria, Karen spent 17 years at Aspect Software, progressing from Administrative Coordinator to Sales Executive Coordinator after the merger with Concerto Software. Initial career steps included roles at Concerto Software and Centerforce Technologies, beginning as an Administrative Assistant at ASPI in 1993. Karen holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
