Latika Parekh

Latika Parekh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Project Lead at Blue Yonder since April 2021, Latika previously worked at JDA Software from January 2017 to April 2021 as a Senior Business Consultant, where significant contributions were made in assessing supply chain processes and enhancing sales pipelines through innovative tools. Earlier roles include Process Engineer at Jacobs Engineering India Ltd., managing large-scale industrial projects for a leading FMCG organization, and at Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., focusing on business development in the paper manufacturing and FMCG sector. Latika began a career in academia as an Adhoc Lecturer at Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, imparting knowledge in mass transfer operations and related labs. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Management with a focus on Operations Management from SPJIMR and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
