Shankar Kalyanam

Shankar Kalyanam has extensive experience in customer success and software engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Blue Yonder since February 2020, following a previous role as Senior Director of Customer Success at the same company. Prior to Blue Yonder, Shankar held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at JDA Software Group, Inc. from March 1997 to February 2020. Earlier in the career, Shankar worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Apogee, Inc., ComputerPeople Staffing, and Infosys. Shankar holds an MBA in Information Technology from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from PSG College of Technology.
