Shilpa Mohandas

Shilpa Mohandas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and customer management. Currently serving as a Renewal Specialist at Blue Yonder since January 2024, Shilpa previously held senior roles at Awaaz.De, including Senior Manager and Client Success Manager. Prior to that, Shilpa was a Customer Success Manager at Bizinnox Inc, overseeing the company's India division and managing multiple client accounts in Singapore. Shilpa's career also includes significant contributions at CoinedOne, where leadership of a research and development team for product POCs was achieved, and a background in human resources across several organizations, including as Assistant Commercial Manager at A2Z Infraservices Limited. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, along with a Higher Secondary degree from Sharjah Indian School.
