Erica Baxter

Erica Baxter is a seasoned professional in worksite well-being and health promotion, currently serving as the Director of Blue Zones Campus at Blue Zones since May 2022. Erica leads the continuous improvement of worksite models, developing strategic plans for worksite transformation and fostering strong relationships with local teams to enhance employee engagement and well-being outcomes. Prior to this role, Erica worked as the Director of Worksite Well-Being at Sharecare, where responsibilities included creating customized plans for well-being improvement across multiple client sites and managing client contracts. Erica's extensive experience also includes roles as a Wellness Program Manager at Interactive Health, Inc., and various personal training positions. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from Capital University.
